Just Another Day!!!

Just another day you say? Just another day on the job, just another day at school, just another day attending church services, just another day in prison, just another day in the hood???? No mater where you are!!! Today was just another day!!! The only difference is... We all experienced this day in a different way! Atleast those of us who were lucky enoough to wake up on this lovely day! Well, a lovely day for those of us who have... Let's see, hmmm, hit the lottery, got a new/another job, bought a new car, had dinner to feed their children, had gas in their home to keep their children warm, lights for their children to do their homework, running water to bath their children, a father in the home to help raise those children, the special medication their children need to survive!!! Yeah it was a lovely day for us!!! But what about the millions o families who didn't have this today??? What about them??? Can we depend on the Republican party to take care of them??? These are the people Barack Obama is fighting for! In November 2012, we must vote for what is right, for what this country stands for! It's people!!!

The Republican Party

I ask this question... How can anyone in the middle, or lower class support the Republican Party? When it is very clear that the Republican Party only objective is to see our President, Barack Obama, fail as our Commander and Chief! They don't care about creating jobs, or helping the millions of people living in poverty. The only concern they have is to protect the rich, and the "Bush Tax Cuts", disrepect our President, and all of the citizens in our country. Take a look at the front runners for the Republican Party, once you dig deep down, and really know them for who they are. You'll see that all of them stand for raising taxes, on the middle, and lower class, as well as cutting benefits for the very low income families. All the while giving big tax cuts to the rich, who do not need them. They want to do away with Medicare, and many other programs that assist the millions of families who needs it. They try to end our protest, or anything that stands against their wicked ways! So before you call yourself an Republican, research what they are for, dig deep down into the candidates running for the Republican Nomination. Understand who they really are behind the lies they feed to the American People, the injust they impose on our country, the millions of dollars paid for their votes in congress, their willingness to let "Big Oil Companies" destroy our land, damaging our wetlands, the willingness to let millions of families starve, and refuse to do anything to help the jobless. Anything to protect the rich, and try to make Barack Obama a one term President! WHO ARE YOU WITH....? THE RICH AND POWERFUL, OR THE UNITED STATES of AMERICA???

Who Are You?

Why do so many people hide behind false images? We have everyone from Politicians, to the simplest of people hiding behind these false images they have created for themselves. Why is it such an issue to out do the next person, or live beyond your means. Why is there so many that are scared of their own Identity?  At the end of the day, a true friend really only wants to know that the both of you can depend on each other.

Let Your Feelings Go

Sometimes we keep feelings bottled up inside us for so long, that it tears us up inside! We pull away from the world, all because something dramatic has changed our lives, or some one has hurt us very deeply. Losing a love one, a mother, a son, a daughter is pain that live with us until the day we ourselve take that journey. I've been a victim of both. I lost my father, and that was the worst pain I thought I could ever feel. It took a long time for me to accept the fact he had gone on to be with God. I prayed for relief, and for God to take the pain away. It's still there to this day! I loved my father, never really got a chance to tell him. I tried to stay under him when I was little, but as I grew older, I began to distance myself. I begin to drift to the street life, selling drugs, drinking, and skipping school became my way of life. I knew it hurt both my mother, and my father! My mother is a Christian, and raised me in the church. I'll never forget the day I left home on my 17th birthday, and the pain I caused my mother. Every time I think of it, it really bothers me, I wish I ciuld take that day back!!! Little over a year later, my father passed away. That was 1994, it's 2011 and I'm still dealing with it! Holding these feelings in, was the cause of loosing the "Love of my Life"! She left me standing alone, hurting, while she embraced another man. This woman had my heart, and walked away with it! I wonder if I can love again, if I can trust someone with my heart, trust them to love me, like I deserve to be loved. When I meet some one now, I always keep a barrier up between us, too afraid to let my feelings get to wrapped up in it, thinking I will only end up alone, and hurt again. My feelings that I hold inside, may be the end to all of my relationships!!! Let your feelings go...!
